Roadmap
Circula’s growth is guided by a four-phase roadmap that reflects both practical development and long-term vision. Rather than focusing on fixed timelines, each phase represents a stage of maturity in building Circula into a trusted, scalable blood coordination platform.
Phase 1: Preparation and Validation
Circula begins with a focus on product testing and proof of concept. This includes building the minimum viable product, validating use cases in real-world settings, and participating in hackathons to stress-test ideas and gather feedback.
Develop and test core features such as blood requests, donor matching, and delivery coordination
Participate in healthcare and blockchain hackathons for early validation
Conduct simulated requests using sample hospital data
Gather insights to refine workflows and prepare for pilot deployments
Phase 2: Pilot Programmes and Early Adoption
The second phase brings Circula into real-world environments. By launching controlled pilots in select cities, the team works closely with early partner hospitals, donors, and patients to observe usage and improve the platform based on live feedback.
Roll out pilot programmes with hospitals and local Red Cross units
Onboard early users, including patients, institutions, and verified donors
Establish the first operational partnerships
Refine product design and functionality through daily use in real cases
Phase 3: Company Formation and National Scaling
After proving product-market fit, Circula will formalise its structure and begin national expansion. The focus shifts to deeper integrations, long-term partnerships, and funding to support growth.
Register the company and establish operational teams
Integrate with hospital systems and national blood bank networks
Partner with logistics platforms to coordinate emergency delivery
Engage with government stakeholders and health ministries
Secure funding from investors, grants, or aligned institutions
Phase 4: Global Expansion and Long-Term Infrastructure
With a stable foundation in place, Circula will focus on regional and international growth. The platform will scale operations, adapt to new markets, and expand its team to build Circula into the core infrastructure for blood access wherever it is needed.
Grow the team across product, engineering, and partnerships
Expand partnerships to new countries and healthcare systems
Localise features to fit regional policies and practices
Position Circula as the default digital infrastructure for blood access and emergency supply coordination
This roadmap reflects a commitment to thoughtful execution, starting from urgent problems and scaling toward lasting public health infrastructure. Circula is designed not just to grow, but to serve.
